Warm golden light, a feeling of quiet optimism and something shifting from the inside

Day 2 — 6th March 2026

Two teas this morning. Nothing else until 1:15.

Then — four boiled eggs, four rashers of bacon, two brown toasts with butter, tomato sauce, hot sauce. Beautiful. Sat and ate it properly.

Evening — vegetarian spaghetti bolognese with garlic bread and a vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. Ate with my wife and two of my daughters. Started about half five, finished by half six. A very nice evening.

No pool today — no time. But I jogged to my daughter’s school when I was running a few minutes late and felt absolutely fine. Breathing through my nose the whole way. I’m working on nose breathing — moving away from mouth breathing. Good for the body and I can already feel the difference.

Not bloated. Feeling good. Water through the day.

I’ll weigh myself tomorrow but I’m not going to do this every day. The number isn’t the point. The change is.

STOP is on the hand. Day 2 done.
