Day 55 — 28th April 2026
40 minute walk in the morning after tea. 16:00 — chicken breast with paprika and chilli seasoning, oven chips. Scones and banana bread made earlier in the day. Water. — Think Fast

Day 54 — 27th April 2026
Morning tea. 40 minute walk. 10:00 — sourdough bread with avocado and cheddar. 12:00 — veg curry with sourdough bread and tea. 14:30 — few slices of ham. 17:30 — tin of sardines, tea. — Think Fast

Day 53 — 26th April 2026
2.6km walk in the morning with daughter — climbing frames and exercise machines in the park. Found a beautiful flush of pale oyster mushrooms growing on a fallen oak tree. Mushrooms with garlic, brown bread rolls, avocado, poached eggs, cheese and tea. Very nice. Walking in the park 14:00–16:00. 17:00 — lamb donner and chicken…

101.6kg. STOP on the hand at 07:00. 09:30 — two eggs, vegetable curry, tea, vegan steak. 18:00 — pizza. 20:30 — tea, two biscuits, ice cream. — Think Fast

Day 51 — 24th April 2026
STOP on the hand first thing. Swam 40 lengths, 1.32km in 30 minutes. 16:30 — sausage, egg, chips, bread, coke zero. Good meal. Good laughs. No biscuits.

Day 50 — 23rd April 2026
Tea in the morning. 12:30 — lamb donner and half portion of chips, Pepsi max. After 16:00 — coke zero, water and tea. Great kebab. — Think Fast

Day 49 — 22nd April 2026
STOP on the hand first thing. Small walk. Swim and sauna at 12:00. 13:30 — sardines. 16:15 — chicken curry and naan bread, Sprite, tea.

Day 48 — 21st April 2026
12:30 — chicken curry, rice, naan, Spanish omelette, coke zero, tea. 16:30 — small veg curry and naan, tea, two biscuits. 19:00 — cheese and ham toasted sandwich, tea, two biscuits. I have fallen into the trap of waiting for it to change. STOP on the hand now. Right now. Before bed.

Small walk in the morning. 11:00 — cheese and turkey sandwich, tea, coke zero. 13:15 — chicken curry, naan bread, papadams, tea, Sprite. 18:00 — chicken curry with naan, large ice cream, coke zero, Indian snack, tea. Too much today. No pool. Tomorrow — write STOP on hand.
