The pool at 12:50. Fifteen minutes. Ten minutes in the sauna after — ninety degrees.
At 14:00 — corn tortilla chips, small portion of grilled chicken.
At 16:00 — hotdogs, fries, coke zero.
Then at 20:15, to close the day — a scone with jam and cream. Water.
A clean start to the month.
Swim, sauna, and a scone to finish.
