Breakfast at 9:50. Two fried eggs with garlic, two slices of brown seeded bread with butter, two avocados, a couple of spoons of baba ghanoush, and one chocolate pastry. Good breakfast.
Lots of water through the morning. Supplements done.
Evening meal at 18:30 with my wife, daughter and Brother and sister in law— Dosa from Royal Crispy Dosa in Gants Hill. Very nice. Great place.
More water to finish the day. No spikes. No irritation. Felt good from start to finish.
STOP is on the hand.
Tomorrow is the first full water fast day. Plan is to eat again on Tuesday after 12:00.
