A couple of teas in the morning.
Ate at 12:30 — beef and roast potatoes, olives, gherkins, sauce and gravy. Lunch with my son.
A good day. We did a 4km walk in the woods after lunch plus a walk into town together in the morning.
Needed to work later in the evening and was tired and a bit stressed. Then the troubles came — the familiar pulls, the old patterns showing up. Just have the biscuits, quick, don’t think, just do it, just today and stop tomorrow… The old patterns are strong, but so is the hand. STOP. That is the difference now.
My breathing feels clearer today. I have been dealing with asthma for the last six months. Something might be shifting.
