STOP on the hand.
Two teas through the day.
Ate at 15:25 — four egg omelette with cheese, tomato and onions.
17:30 — chicken nuggets and a double cheeseburger. Finished before 18:00.
I know I need tomove away from the low quality food. I have reduced it — normally I’d have fries and a drink too. But I need to reduce it more.
Stomach pains an hour or so after eating. The body is telling me something. Time to listen.
