Felt better last night after a smaller meal with yogurt for afters.
Two teas this morning. Lots of water. STOP on the hand.
Swam 330 metres in about 15 minutes — faster pace than usual. 10 minutes in the sauna after.
Ate at 13:30 — four egg omelette with cheese, onion and tomato, one avocado, then yogurt with fruit, walnuts and honey.
Tea in the early evening. More water.
Two weeks in.
