Holding on, starting to pull — Day 39, Think Fast

Day 39 — 12th April 2026

Breakfast at 10:15 — eggs and broccoli, some bread rolls, tea, croissant with cream cheese and jam. 20:00 chicken curry, nan bread and then some chocolate easter egg. A lot of anxiety these last few days. I was in pain. I ate to try to manage the stress. I have been capsized but I am still afloat. Holding onto a piece of the boat and kicking towards shore. Tomorrow — back on it. STOP on the hand. — Think Fast
