Two teas this morning. 104.1kg today. The number has gone up. I need more consistent effort. Ate at 14:00 – 14:30 4 egg cheese, tomatoes and onion omelette and then plain yogurt, fruit, walnuts. That’s the direction. Water — not enough yesterday. More today. That’s the commitment. — Think Fast

Didn’t sleep well.
