Mostly water fast today. Salt in the water throughout. Tomorrow — water, salt and two portions of bone broth. Same on Saturday. Sunday I eat. First time adding bone broth to the protocol. Water and minerals. The fast continues but the body gets something. STOP is on the hand. Off to the pool..
Swim was ok and sauna was relaxing 15 mins swim and 19 minutes and was hot 100 degrees.
Felt tired and lethargic today but focused on what I am doing right now. Goal is to break the half a stone milestone in the next few days And then keep moving forward.
19:00 had some of the bone broth id been brewing up Today I was not hungry but body was stressed quite often and feeling drained. The tension is definitely In the head and no real yearning from the stomach. Probably drained a bit from the swim earlier too
