101.3kg. Ate at 12:00 — beef and trimmings, banana cake, chocolate pastry with clotted cream. Ham sandwich at 16:00, small bags of crisps, tea, small ice cream, small Easter egg. Not hungry. Feeling quite low and physically stressed. Sore throat. Uneasy. Ate to try to feel better. It didn’t particularly help. Not up to the gym. Tired and run down. Not writing STOP on my hand every day.
