A morning walk, getting back on track — Day 21, Think Fast

Day 21 — 25th March 2026

Didn’t eat until 12:30. 40 minute walk in the morning. Two teas.

12:30 — two toasts, eggs, broccoli, onions, avocado, ham, two biscuits.

Later before 16:30 — chicken biryani.

I need to tighten up.
