Day 27 — 31st March 2026
One meal. Then the old thing came. Left it. One meal at 13:00 — beautiful homemade Indian bean soup with bread and salad. Prepared by my mother-in-law. Then Indian sweets and snacks and tea. In the evening I resisted eating more. I wasn’t hungry. It was the old thing. — Think Fast

Eggy bread and leftovers. One meal. That’ll do. 11:00 — eggy bread and leftover spaghetti bolognese sauce from last night. — Think Fast

Day 24 — 28th March 2026
4.6km walked. Cooked together. A quiet good day. 103.0kg this morning. Tea and water with salt through the morning. Body feels calmer and content today. Off for a walk. Did 4.6K today. Helped cooking spagetti bolonese with focaccia garlic bread – was great and enjoyed a few portions. Then two biscuits. — Think Fast

Day 23 — 27th March 2026
Held until 15:00. The hand helped. Teas and water through the morning. Ate at 15:00 — pizza, scrambled eggs with cheese, two biscuits, more tea. STOP is on the hand. — Think Fast

Day 22 — 26th March 2026
Twenty lengths. Ate well. STOP held. STOP is on the hand. Two teas in the morning. Water with salt. Swam 20 lengths in 15 minutes. Felt good. Ate after 15:30 — three eggs and avocado. Then some pepperoni pizza. Stopped eating by 16:30. — Think Fast

Moving. Eating. Noticing the edges. Didn’t eat until 12:30. 40 minute walk in the morning. Two teas. 12:30 — two toasts, eggs, broccoli, onions, avocado, ham, two biscuits. Later before 16:30 — chicken biryani. I need to tighten up. — Think Fast

Disheartened. But still holding the rope. Still around 103kg. Feeling disheartened. Thought I’d be at the half stone milestone by now. Two meals of lamb, potatoes and broth through the day. Day 18 — 22nd March 2026
Sunday curry with Dad and the family. A good one. Tea in the morning. Ate at 14:30 — chicken curry, rice and naan bread with Dad, wife and daughter. Then carrot and toffee cake with ice cream. Finished at 16:30. A good Sunday. — Think Fast
