Teas and water through the morning. Ate at 15:00 — pizza, scrambled eggs with cheese, two biscuits, more tea. STOP is on the hand. — Think Fast

Day 22 — 26th March 2026
STOP is on the hand. Two teas in the morning. Water with salt. Swam 20 lengths in 15 minutes. Felt good. Ate after 15:30 — three eggs and avocado. Then some pepperoni pizza. Stopped eating by 16:30. — Think Fast

Day 21 — 25th March 2026
Didn’t eat until 12:30. 40 minute walk in the morning. Two teas. 12:30 — two toasts, eggs, broccoli, onions, avocado, ham, two biscuits. Later before 16:30 — chicken biryani. I need to tighten up. — Think Fast

Still around 103kg. Feeling disheartened. Thought I’d be at the half stone milestone by now. Two meals of lamb, potatoes and broth through the day. Then a third meal later. Tea in the morning. Ate at 14:30 — chicken curry, rice and naan bread with Dad, wife and daughter. Then carrot and toffee cake with ice cream. Finished at 16:30. A good Sunday. — Think Fast
